How to Cancel Your Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store, not through MokoDo directly.

To cancel on iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select MokoDo
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

To cancel on Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions
  3. Select MokoDo
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Important Information

  • Timing: Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged
  • Access: You’ll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period
  • Data: Your data will be retained and accessible if you resubscribe
  • No Partial Refunds: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

After Cancellation

When your subscription ends:

  • You’ll retain access to basic features
  • Your family data, tasks, and history remain saved
  • You can resubscribe at any time to restore premium features

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your account entirely:

  1. Open MokoDo app
  2. Go to Settings > Account
  3. Select “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm your choice

Note: Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data.
