How to Cancel Your Subscription
Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store, not through MokoDo directly.
To cancel on iOS (iPhone/iPad):
- Open Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select MokoDo
- Tap Cancel Subscription

To cancel on Android:
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions
- Select MokoDo
- Tap Cancel Subscription

Important Information
- Timing: Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged
- Access: You’ll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period
- Data: Your data will be retained and accessible if you resubscribe
- No Partial Refunds: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
After Cancellation
When your subscription ends:
- You’ll retain access to basic features
- Your family data, tasks, and history remain saved
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore premium features
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your account entirely:
- Open MokoDo app
- Go to Settings > Account
- Select “Delete Account”
- Confirm your choice
Note: Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data.
