Refund Policy for MokoDo

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases in MokoDo are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are handled according to their respective policies.

How to Request a Refund

For Apple App Store (iOS):

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Select the purchase you want to refund
  4. Follow the instructions to submit your request

For Google Play Store (Android):

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Go to Account > Order history
  3. Select the order you want to refund
  4. Select “Request a refund”

While we cannot directly process refunds (as payments are handled by app stores), we are committed to:

  • Helping you resolve any issues with our app
  • Providing support for technical problems
  • Assisting with your refund request if needed
