Refund Policy for MokoDo

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
All purchases in MokoDo are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are handled according to their respective policies.
How to Request a Refund
For Apple App Store (iOS):
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the purchase you want to refund
- Follow the instructions to submit your request
For Google Play Store (Android):
- Open Google Play Store
- Go to Account > Order history
- Select the order you want to refund
- Select “Request a refund”

While we cannot directly process refunds (as payments are handled by app stores), we are committed to:
- Helping you resolve any issues with our app
- Providing support for technical problems
- Assisting with your refund request if needed
