Welcome to MokoDo! These Terms of Use govern your use of our application. By using MokoDo, you agree to these terms.

By downloading, installing, or using MokoDo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Description of Service

MokoDo is a family task management application that:

  • Allows parents to assign tasks to children
  • Enables children to earn virtual coins (Moko) for completing tasks
  • Lets children redeem coins for rewards set by parents
  • Syncs across family members’ devices

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s use of the app

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts
  • Interfere with the app’s operation
  • Upload inappropriate or harmful content

Virtual Currency (Moko Coins)

  • Moko coins are virtual items with no real-world monetary value
  • Coins cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for real currency
  • Coins are managed within families and have no value outside the app

Intellectual Property

  • MokoDo and its content are owned by Editale Studio
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or content
  • User-generated content (photos, task names) remains your property

Subscription and Payments

  • Some features may require a subscription
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Refunds are handled according to store policies

Disclaimer of Warranties

MokoDo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

Editale Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MokoDo.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of MokoDo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
