Delete from the App
RecommendedThe fastest way to delete your account is directly within the MokoDo app:
- Open the MokoDo app on your device
- Go to your Profile (tap your avatar)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Review the information about what will be deleted
- Confirm your decision

Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
Please include in your email:
- Your account email address
- Your profile name in the app
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your account credentials and login information
- Your profile information (name, avatar, birth date)
- Your family membership and role
- Tasks, rewards, and goals you created
- Your Moko coin balance and transaction history
- All personal preferences and settings
What May Be Retained
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics data (contains no personal information)
- Legal and compliance records as required by law (up to 90 days)
- If you are the family owner and there are other adults, ownership will transfer to another adult member
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will be signed out from all devices immediately
- Other family members will retain access to shared family data
- If you are the only member in your family, the entire family will be deleted
- Children's accounts created by you will remain but can be managed by other family adults
